用法
stop作及物动词
停止、中止、止住（+v-ing），例如：It has stopped raining.雨停了。
阻止、阻挡(+from)，例如：The policemen stopped the fight.警察制止了这场斗殴。
塞住、堵塞填塞(+up)，例如：We stopped the leakin the gas pipe by means of lead.我们用铅堵塞了煤气管上的漏洞。
断绝、止付、扣留，例如：The boss has stopped my wages.老板已停发我的工资。
用手指压(乐器的孔、弦)。
